Controversy with Courage is what we have changed controversy with civility to in our office. This topic will cover the importance of a variety of ideas, as well as how to handle situations where everyone does not agree. It will highlight the importance and value of having a diverse set of ideas and perspectives in a group, as well as the value that can come out of controversy when it is handled with courage.
