Leadership Development Series- Walking the Tight-Rope of Life: Leaning Towards Work-Life Integration

Let’s face it, the concept of balancing responsibilities can often feel inconceivable. In some ways, balance can be a myth when it comes to juggling work/school/life. We want to debunk the concept of work-life balance and provide you with realistic tools to integrate the different pieces of your life. Integration, as opposed to balance, offers the idea that you CAN achieve what you want and do so in a healthy way. So, walk the tightrope with us and learn how to lean towards a life of successful, attainable, work-life integration.
