Required Documents

To be considered for the Sapulpa Teachers Educational Fellowship, please submit the following documents in addition to your completed application form.

1. Copies of transcripts from all previous collegiate work both undergraduate and graduate work, if applying for non-credit course/program (Digital copies may be provided.) To apply for credit courses as OSU-Tulsa, you must be admitted to the university.

2. Letter from Sapulpa Public Schools administrator or human resources official verifying employment as a teacher and length of service with the Sapulpa School System

3. One professional letter of recommendation

Submit documents via email to tulsa.financialaid@okstate.edu or deliver to the OSU-Tulsa Financial Aid Office in North Hall 130.
